Congo Mission Network to Host Virtual 2020 Annual Conference This Fall
We are pleased to announce the Congo Mission Network will host a Virtual Annual Conference in the fall of 2020. It will begin Sept. 16 with a pre-taped online worship service and introduction involving participants from across the U.S. and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Later sessions will focus on a range of timely topics. The CMN Steering Committee is planning the 2020 virtual event now. All are welcome.

2019 CMN Conference Summary
Over 130 participants gathered for three days at Knoxville’s First Presbyterian Church to “Claim a New Day [as] Partners in Creating A New Congo.” Special guests from the DRC, Pastor Isaac Kalonji, President of the CPK and Dr. Serge Makolo Director of IMCK, focused on “Healing the Wounds of War while Laying the Foundation for Peace.” Elder Monique Misenga, also an International Peacemaker, spoke of “Empowering Women for Leadership.” Continue reading “2019 CMN Conference Summary”
